Built by moms, for moms.
Because finding support should not feel this hard
The Maternal Resilience Project started with a traumatic birth, and a system that had no plan for what came after. Care tends to stop at the six-week checkup. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders don’t — research following moms for three years found symptoms lasting well past the first year, and NIH researchers recommend screening for at least two. The rage that I felt at being failed by a system that so many moms depend on, who had no part in creating it, didn’t go away. Instead of letting it continue to hinder me, I decided to put it to work. To make real change, create a judgment-free village where all moms are welcome and create these guides, products, and everything MRP has become.
